Based at a significant manufacturing operation in Bromborough, this role will be responsible for inputting, analysing, reconciling and reporting materials usage within the production units. Other key tasks will involve analysing variances, identifying root causes and implementing solutions, whilst seeking out opportunities to improve processes and systems on an ongoing basis. The appointee will be required to liaise extensively and work in partnership with colleagues across the site.
Candidates, ideally with 12+ months relevant experience gained in a high-volume manufacturing environment, must be analytical, accurate and able to quickly manipulate data. Essentially, candidates must be proactive and driven, to not only discover the root cause of problems, but to develop and drive through solutions.
Strong excel skills are essential for this role and a working knowledge of Access and ERP systems would be advantageous. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to report findings and recommendations clearly and concisely at all levels.
