Manufacturing Process / Production Team Leader ( Night Shift)
Kent
Circa £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
As a subsidiary of the largest marketer, producer and distributor of one of the world's leading brands, our client is expanding its operations at its Kent site and is looking for an additional team leader to cover the night shift. The site has experienced extensive investment over the last few years and has now finalised the installation of a new Aseptic production line.
The role:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will have an autonomous role responsible for the delivery of all operational aspects of a key production line involving Aseptic filling. The role involves real leadership qualities to ensure production, financial, quality and safety targets are met at all times and to support the ‘right first time' and ‘zero accident' culture.
Passion and drive are required in abundance, as is the commitment to Quality. Of graduate calibre you will have at least three years manufacturing and people management experience. Ideally with high speed packaging and Aseptic production experience, you will be able to motivate and manage the team to its highest levels of performance.
