As a subsidiary of the largest marketer, producer and distributor of one of the world's leading brands, our client is expanding its operations at its Kent site and is looking for additional production team leaders to cover the night shift. The site has experienced extensive investment over the last few years and is now finalising the installation of a new Aseptic production line.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will have an autonomous role responsible for the delivery of all operational aspects of either the move into Aseptic filling or existing production lines. These roles involve real leadership qualities to ensure production, financial, quality and safety targets are met at all times and to support the ‘right first time' and ‘zero accident' culture.
Passion and drive are required in abundance, as is the commitment to Quality. Of graduate calibre you will have at least three years manufacturing and people management experience. Ideally with high speed packaging and Aseptic production experience (for that role) you will be able to motivate and manage the team to its highest levels of performance.
