This expanding company supply the food services sector with a variety of high quality meat cuts. They require a Technical Manager to work at one of their sites and ensure existing quality and hygiene standards are maintained and improved on. HACCP writing experience is essential and experience of working to BRC, Efsis or NACB standards highly beneficial. You will be supported by the Group Technical Manager and as the company are expanding, this role will offer several years of career advancement and challenge.
