This major healthcare gases company requires an experienced Site Services Manager to perform a dual role of having the responsibility of managing the site by acting as Landlord, manage the site logistics, and also managing a team of on-site Service Engineers working on the maintenance and service of home-care oxygen breathing machines supplied to patients homes (these use concentrated oxygen rather than gas in cylinders).
The job requires the the successful Candidate to provide statistical data to assist with business performance analysis. To produce and maintain disaster, contingency, and resource plans. As well as ISO maintenance, Quality assurance, and the control of assets.
Prior specific industry experience isn't a requisite, but you should have worked in a similar role with previous customer service experience and most of the following:
* A knowledge of inventory control
* Analytical skills
* Leadership/communication and networking
* Initiative and self motivation
* Computer skills
* Ergonomic risk assessment
* Experience of ISO 9000 would be an advantage
* A clean driving licence
