Mission – UK Field Sales Manager

The UK Field Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of Sales & after Sales Services in the Region.

The Field Sales Manager also supports at a local level the Group Central Sales & After Sales strategies with local OEM’s and Mass Retailers.

Reports to:

European Director Field Sales

Key Deliverables:

1. Implement and execute sales strategies and programs
2. Supervise Area Sales Managers
3. Build & improve excellent business relationship with all trading partners
4. Direct responsibility with Key Accounts in the Region
5. Frequent visits to Dealers, Distributors, Mass Retailers and other trading partners
6. Report monthly on market information and key activities
7. Dealer development

Key areas of responsibility

• After Sales Development – Implement and execute sales programs and/or promotions with channel partners

• Trading Partner Development – Identify Top 100+ dealers, upgrade, marketing support, consumer oriented

Skills	1. Market and Sales Planning – Ability to analyse sales data, pricing information, margin and costing information to determine proper strategies and plans. 2. Interpersonal Skills – Works with people from a variety of nationalities and backgrounds. Establishing good relationships is a key to success. 3. Executional Excellence and Priority Setting – Able to choose most important work and make it happen flawlessly. Able to handle multiple projects at the same time. 4. Education – Ideally degree educated. 5. Work Experience – At least 5 years in a similar position 6. Language Skills –English is essential. Additional Languages is a plus.
