We require a Cell Leader to ensure the correct standard of performance from the machining, grinding and EBW cells are maintained duuring respective shifts to meet customer requirements, quality and cost levels. You will supervise shift staff on a daily basis and ensure machines are working correctly. You must have a working knowledge of machining, grinding and welding processes and be able to lead teams in this aerospace environment.
