You will take full leadership of responsibility of a manufacturing cell to achieve output targets on quality, cost, delivery and people. You will create weekly output/resource plans, manage the daily workplace issues, maintain ERP system and implement continuous improvement plans. You will already be of Supervisory level and have at least 2 years hands-on modern manufacturing leadership experience. Continuous improvement will be a major component of this role.
