We are currently handling an assignment to recruit manufacturing management for an assembly plant based near Derby. Opportunities may be within various stages of the manufacturing process. Group Leaders will also get a shift allowance at 17% rising to 24% with 3 shift system, paid overtime, private medical and a pension. The role has responsibility for typically 25 - 30 members. Positions are shift based on a fortnightly rotation between days and nights.
