A leading Chilled & Baked Goods Manufacturer is currently seeking a Food Technologist to join their team.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide Food Technical support and information to all teams on shift and describe the implications of actions on the finished product
Make decision and take preventative actions in line with this.
Enforce food safety, quality and legal standards across site, at all times
Customer complaint investigation, reply and corrective/preventative actions
Raise Quality Standards
Proactively support improvement & initiatives in the factory
Apply SPC techniques
Support NPD trials & launches. Ensure process control paperwork are in place at launch and HACCP review completed
Manage personal Technical projects: including Pest Control; Calibration; Internal Audits; Micro/Chemical Analysis; HACCP; G & P audits; Non-conformances; Customer Reports
Ensure BRC standard is adhered to at all times
Monitor Hygiene performance by inspection
Ensure HACCP is adhered
Enforce GMP standards at all times
Raise Hygiene and Housekeeping standards
You will be in a similar role within the Food Manufacturing sector and be able to demonstrate a track record of relevant achievement.
