Quality. This is a pivotal role within the Technical department managing and developing the Hygiene Team in
Driving forward a programme of Continuous Improvement within an established and very dedicated team, that
Have assisted in the company achieving Efsis standard and passing many audits with flying colours.
Your function will also entail the development of 2 Team Leaders, giving direction and coaching to enhance
Their skills and effectively work with the engineering function on a nightly basis to ensure PPM and UPM work
Does not jeopardise food safety or production start times.
You will be in a similar role with experience in a high care environment with proven leadership skills. A strong,
Motivated personality with the ability to challenge current practises.
