Working closely with a Team of Engineers and Technicians to identify and drive projects forward in order to achieve and maintain world-class operational effectiveness. It is essential that the Engineering Leaders' approach be based on modern techniques with a good appreciation of Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. We are looking for an individual who will provide the enthusiasm and expertise needed to drive change throughout an organization dedicated to achieving world-class manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have an HNC or equivalent and have 5 years experience in a similar role in an Electro Mech organization.
