QUALITY MANAGER ROLE (Small but expanding site)
A leading Chilled FMCG Foods Manufacturer is currently seeking an FMCG Quality Manager to provide support to the Technical Manager.
Joining the company at an exciting time, you will manage a small Quality control team to ensure the safety, legality and quality of products from goods received, to delivery to customers. You will be required to manage the QA team on a daily basis and arrange and deliver appropriate training for QA's to meet the needs of the business. You will enforce internal and customer specifications and strive to keep complaints down to a minimum.
Ideally possessing a background in the chilled food sector, you will have a solid understanding of all aspects of Quality Assurance management within a high risk environment as well as a comprehensive understanding of HACCP systems.
