Our client, one of the major FMCG chilled food manufacturers in the UK are currently seeking a people focussed Assembly Team Manager/Production Manager to assist the Factory Assembly Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the department.
You will be required to deliver KPI's, ensure a safe working environment for all employees, organise and measure labour and materials requirements, Identify areas in need of improvement and drive the improvement projects.
Excellent man management skills and experience of identifying training and development needs of you workforce are essential as you will be the shop floors link to the HR department.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced FMCG chilled Production Manager with the desire to work for a major player in the chilled food industry. It offers ample opportunities for future career progression within this flagship plant and the rest of the group.
