A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Manager to join a growing company who specialise in the design and manufacture of electronic instrumentation equipment based in Berkshire.
The main focus of the role is to provide and promote customer support from initial customer contact to after sales service. Key responsibilities will include order processing and order fulfilment, administration support, after sales customer care and sales promotion.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment. Ideally qualified to a degree level within a related discipline.
