Our Client is looking for a Process Technologist to join their fast moving, major manufacturer of Chilled Products. This company has one of the leading household names and is a supplier to all major multiples. This opportunity is offering the right candidate the chance to progress their career in an exciting and hugely successful Company. The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level in a food related subject, will have experience of report writing,technology management,project management,supplier management and have knowledge of chilled, frozen and ambient desserts development/Production. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, be a good communicator, have the ability to plan, organise and analyse problems and have a strong commercial awareness. The purpose of the job will be to Collate new raw material specifications and risk assess. Prepare Product File/Specifications, Carry out plant trials on ingredient,product and process improvements and launch new products from customer approval to factory trials including pre-production runs.
