Quality Assurance Administrator
Teesside, Middlesbrough
c£15,000
40 hours per week
Our client is a key first tier supplier to major OEM manufacturers across Europe offering a wide range of service from component / mould tool design and manufacture to the supply of high level decorated AUTOMOTIVE interior and exterior component and sub-assembly. Their success in this sector has rewarded continued growth and expansion over recent years giving a secure and strategic platform within the market place. They are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Administrator reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Principle Accountabilities of the Quality Assurance Administrator:
* Qualified to carry out internal/external audits - checklists, reports and raise/close out non conformances
* Ensuring Company Quality Management system is maintained and updated to meet TS16949 accreditation, ensuring the latest revisions are distributed and displayed
* To be an integral member of the Quality Team, striving for Continuous Improvement throughout the company
* The ideal candidate must have the drive and determination to complete tasks to deadlines, and to have a flexible approach to working hours at peak times
Key Duties of the Quality Assurance Administrator:
* Administrator for Q-Pulse
* Maintain and work by rules set out in TS16949 Quality Standard
* Logging and control of specifications, drawings, colour plaques and all other Supplier/Customer documentation received
* Maintain Company Quality Manual and Procedures - amend/update when necessary
* Record all external enquiries
* Create work instructions/forms - update and distribute
* Attend and minute meetings
* To be a key member regarding continuous improvements
* Assist the Quality Assurance Manager and other quality personnel
