As a Commercial Manager at their Leicester facility you will be responsible for ensuring your teams provide an efficient and profitable linen service at each of the customer's premises. A key member of the Healthcare Management Team at these locations your prime responsibilities will be to ensure that contracts are and remain commercially viable and provide the essential interface to ensure customer needs are met and problems resolved.
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of your teams ensuring they meet the KPI's you have set in line with the customer's contract.
As well as experience of controlling sales/purchase ledgers, debtor days and balance sheets to achieve targets, you will be able to demonstrate strong people management and problem solving skills. Previous experience in a Public Sector/Customer Service organisation would be advantageous for this role but it is your determination to succeed combined with a ‘can do' attitude that will get you this job.
