Our client, an FMCG Baked food manufacturer part of a global business is currently seeking a 'hands on' Production Shift Manager. Reporting to the manufacturing manager you will lead a team, ensuring product quality, machine efficiency and maintenance, waste minimisation and all daily production targets and objectives are adhered to.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong presence in a shop floor environment supporting and developing those around you to achieve their potential. You will have strong motivational skills as well as experience of supervising/managing production within the FMCG sector. Experience of Continuous Improvement Programmes, Lean Manufacturing and Bakery knowledge would be advantageous.
