Our client, a major FMCG chilled food manufacturer, is currently seeking Production Team Leaders as part of expansion plans. The company has been established for 20 years with over 1000 staff and in a recent cultural survey, were rated in the top 10 food manufacturers in the UK for it's investment in staff.
This is a relatively new division of a large and highly successfully FMCG food producer which is working with major retailers and has recently developed new products requiring the need for additional new staff to meet customer needs. The role will involve managing a team of staff on new lines and therefore requires a strong character and some experience of managing teams with a proactive outlook and an ability to identify and implement changes where required.
You will be of graduate calibre with some experience within an FMCG food environment. In return, due to company expansion plans, there will be lots of opportunity for future career development for the right candidates.
