Our client, a major FMCG chilled food manufacturer, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance as part of expansion plans. The company has been established for 20 years with over 1000 staff and in a recent cultural survey, were rated in the top 10 food manufacturers in the UK for it's investment in staff.
This is a relatively new division of a large and highly successfully FMCG food producer which is working with major retailers and has recently developed new products requiring the need for additional new staff to meet customer needs. The role will involve monitoring quality for a highly quality-focussed company and will therefore require you to have a strong character to ensure that products are of the optimum standard for retailers to ensure minimum non-conformances.
You will be of graduate calibre with some experience within an FMCG food environment. In return, due to company expansion plans, there will be lots of opportunity for future career development for the right candidates.
