Our client, a leading FMCG baked food manufacturer, is currently seeking a graduate (non-shift) food Production Manager in their state of the art site. The company has been through massive growth and is seeking someone with a go-getting attitude who is willing to make a difference in the company as they continue to develop their portfolio of products.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this will rapidly become a senior role that involves managing all aspects of food production working to KPI's, ensuring efficient and effective performance achievement. You will need to monitor quality, hygiene and health and safety, whilst managing a team of staff. You will also be required to ensure all ingredients are delivered on time and to the correct specification to agreed stock levels.
