My client are principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of high density double-sided and multi-layered printed circuit boards (PCBs). Today the Group has its regional investment office in Singapore, eight plants across the region - two in Hong Kong, two in Thailand, and four in mainland China - and a workforce of over 10,000 experienced and skilled employees.
We now look to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to work in China across the various plants liasing with contractors and vendors on quality issues. Work with suppliers to focus their products and processes to achieve consistent product quality, repeatability and long-term reliability. Work with Commodity specialists and Buyers on managing and improving the quality of all electronic components. Take a proactive approach to supplier quality, and build relationships with key suppliers to ensure the correct quality systems and processes are adopted. Plan, co-ordinate and direct the quality control programmes designed to ensure continuous manufacturing of products consistent with established standards by helping to facilitate the staff training and procedures associated with QS 9000/ Six Sigma ect.
