Summary: Technical Author Electronics Industry
My client has been selling into the defence industry for over 40 years. They have established themselves as the partner of choice for embedded computing products, sub systems and support for the aerospace & defence market.
Their products are used by the most demanding of users, often in critical situations. They have a requirement for a Technical Author to assist in all aspects of Product Assurance including Environmental Testing, EMC Testing, Reliability Demonstration Testing, Reliability Predictions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
In addition to your technical authoring skills, you will need to possess a technical aptitude. Some experience of working in an electronics or associated industry where shock, vibration and reliability are key considerations would be advantageous and an ideal candidate might also have some knowledge of VME, VxWorks and ?C?.
