My client is a prestigious manufacturer of Baked products with an excellent reputation for delivering a first class service to their customer base and a site that is experiencing both considerable capital investment and unprecedented volume growth.
In order to maintain their competitive edge in their sector they now require the expertise and guidance of a 'hands on' change agent to take the site to its next phase of continuous improvement and to ensure that its quality standards are maintained. You will therefore be an enthusiastic practitioner (not just theorist) of 'lean manufacturing' techniques, able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing and transforming production practices, efficiencies and standards.
The further development of an' ownership culture' they see as critical in terms of maintaining and progressing their market position. With your experience you will be instrumental in gaining more momentum with projects such as front line/autonomous maintenance, flexible working and instilling a 'lets challenge' and 'can do' attitude within the plant.
