Our client is an established and growing Chilled Foods manufacturer and is considered to be one of the leading suppliers to major retailers within the UK. They now have an opening for a Team Leader.
Primary responsibilities will include taking overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of Line(s) within the High Care / Low Risk / Prep area and to effectively manage all the resources to achieve the efficiency targets of the production plan, maintain the quality of the products & processes and ensure all work is conducted in a profitable & safe environment through the talents of an informed, committed & trained line team.
You will need to be a self motivated individual with effective organisational skills & possess the ability to encourage & inspire all team members to deliver the very best in personal & operational performance each shift. You will demonstrate the ability & commitment to communicate widely & effectively at all levels & to actively engage & facilitate the site plan & CI agenda.
