Summary - Lean Manufacturing Six sigma

This job holder will provide Business Process Improvement, Training & Development and Project execution in order for our client to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace by allowing them to maximise contribution margin, reduce lead time, improve quality and maximise customer satisfaction.
You will ideally have at least 5 years experience in engineering and/or project management along with lean manufacturing experience and training experience. This position would suit a Lean Manufacturing Engineer ideally with Six Sigma Black Belt who has trained green belts.
Duties include
" Develop continuous improvement through the execution of Business Process Improvement activities.
" Development and execution of comprehensive training programmes aimed at improving employee awareness and competence levels in Quality Management, Business Improvement, Change Management and Lean techniques.
" Develop and execute the projects and support structure that will generate the targeted savings.
" Co-ordination of all projects and the associated BPI support structure.
Experience
· At least 5 years in engineering and/or project management and/or supervisory roles
· Proven leadership
· High performer
· Experience in cross-functional improvement teams
· Lean management experience
· Quality improvement experience
· Technical background
