Redline Group requires Electronics Technicians for our client who is a leader in controllers and accessories for battery powered vehicles; they need to increase the size and strength of their team based in North East England.
New Technicians will take responsibility for design verification through a wide variety of tests requiring good knowledge of electronics and electronics testing. You will be working as part of a team and be supervised by an engineer but must also be capable of working and problem solving using your own initiative.
Typical job functions will include Electronic and electrical circuit assembly, electronic circuit debug and test, thermal testing, vibration and shock testing, EMC testing i.e. emissions, immunity and ESD. All tasks will include recording and documenting results, always working to company quality standards.
To apply you must have some of the following: knowledge of small signal analogue and digital electronics, experience with power transistors and MOSFET?s, experience in electrical, thermal and mechanical test methods, good report writing skills.
