Summary:
Defence electronics
Our client is a well known Defence manufacturer who is now looking for a Product Assurance Manager whose main responsibilities will be to:
Manage the Product Assurance Group. Ensure that the Company products which are presented for qualification. Advise the Company on associated technical data such as Failure Mode, Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA), FMEA, reliability, MTBF, maintainability and suitability for the environment. Interface with customers on the above topics and respond to the relevant sections of customers RFPs. Organise and supervise external test houses and other sub contracts associated with product assurance.
You will be likely to have a Degree in an Engineering related subject, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in qualification testing of electronic products with experience of Military, International and industry standard specifications. You will have detailed knowledge of failure and critical analysis of electronic board and system products and be proficient in technical writing to produce detailed technical reports.
