Maintenance Superintendent (Mechanical), North East Scotland
Salary £32K+, commensurate with experience + benefits

They currently seek an experienced Maintenance Superintendent (Mechanical) to provide Leadership in the Maintenance (Mechanical) area, both from a Personnel and a Technical Perspective.
Key responsibilities include;....
Management of Maintenance resources to deliver on the Business goals for the relevant Process Centre.
Drive and implement yield improvement and process efficiency programmes.
Provide technical leadership across Maintenance, leading design efforts to eliminate equipment failures.
Prioritisation of workload within Process Centre, ensure preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Process Centre.
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Experiences
Essential;...
Qualified Engineer (mechanical) plus 10 year experience (5 being at management level)
Previous experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Equipment acceptance documentation (Validation)
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Understanding of MTBF, MTTR. OEE
Desirable:
Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline, plus 5 years relevant experience
Fully conversant with Machine safety regulations
Black Belt six sigma certified
Data matrix application
Participated in Kaizen activities
