Maintenance Manager, North East Scotland
Salary £40K+, commensurate with experience + benefits

They currently seek an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the engineering department to optimise operational effectiveness of all plant, equipment, facilities and control systems.

Develop and control Engineering department budget and expenditure.
Create maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational effectiveness.
Contribute to and implement engineering improvement proposals to improve efficiency.
Ensure the calibration of all equipment to meet required quality standards.
Manage Engineering Dept Shift Rota to ensure 24 hour service to Production
You should have the following;...
Formal Engineering Degree.
Proven engineering experience within continuous process manufacturing environment.
Awareness of electrical engineering concepts and interfaces with mechanical engineering activities.
Experience of managing staff and of budgetary control.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good planning and administration skills.
