Maintenance Superintendent (Electrical), North East Scotland
Salary £32K+, commensurate with experience + benefits

They currently seek an experienced Maintenance Superintendent (Electrical) to provide Leadership in the Maintenance (Electrical) area, both from a Personnel and a Technical Perspective.
Key responsibilities include;....
Management of Maintenance resources to deliver on the Business goals for the relevant Process Centre
Monitor electrical consumption site-wide, and drive and implement reduction/efficiency plans where appropriate.
Drive and implement process efficiency programmes and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Process Centre
Ensure effective execution of Preventative maintenance schedule and provide technical leadership across the Maintenance (Electrical) area.
Prioritisation of workload within Process Centre. Establish a comprehensive electrical test/repair facility for both clean and dirty operations.
Create an upgrade plan for any ageing equipment in each Operational unit, including detailed reports on each relevant system requiring upgrade.
Effective communications across Maintenance and with Manufacturing Team Leaders & Staff.
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Experiences
Essential;...
Qualified Electrical/Electronics Engineer, plus 10 years experience (5 at management level)
16th or 17th Edition IEE Regulations
Previous experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Equipment acceptance documentation (Validation)
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Understanding of MTBF, MTTR. OEE
Desirable:
Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline, plus 5 years relevant experience
Fully conversant with Machine safety regulations
Black Belt six sigma certified
Data matrix application
Participated in Kaizen activities
