Redline Group requires a Quality and Supplier Development Manager for our client who is a global leader in the design and manufacture of a broad range of customised RF, microwave and millimetre wave components and subsystems.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management and control of the quality management system and co-ordination of improvement associated with manufacturing processes and systems within the supply chain and within diplexer and module manufacture.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and co-ordinating all ISO9002 requirements and conducting internal audits and ensuring closed loop corrective & preventative actions implemented. Other duties include: development of product quality plans associated with diplexer and module production as well as critical materials and assembly and initiating strategic plans and targets to increase efficiency of operations and materials cost and product/process yield.
The winning candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years experience with quality and manufacturing management in a technical and high volume-manufacturing environment and is degree qualified in a scientific subject. Must be familiar with working to ISO9001 and experienced working with electronics, microelectronics or telecommunications industries. Also required is excellent communication and good IT skills coupled with being good at prioritising work loads and posses good organisational skills.
