My client is a global British success story. A £multi-million business with design and manufacturing operations throughout the UK. They are seeking a a high calibre commercial Patent Attorney to head up its IP function across Europe and the USA providing the full range of IP services and advice to internal clients on patents, trade marks, copyright and design issues. This job will involve working closely with technical/R&D, marketing and commercial colleagues.
The successful Candidate will enjoy considerable influence over the devising, development and implementation of an appropriate IP strategy, and manage a compact team which is expected to grow in the short to middle term.
To be considered you will need to possess a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar) and be a qualified EPA and/or possess a national qualification. Experience of trade marks would be advantageous. Please note that you will also need to be already authorised to work in the UK.
