Redline Group requires a highly experienced Training Manager located in Aberdeen, for oil & gas client.
This role will be to management of training instructors to develop and facilitate product line training requirements and ensure adequate resources are in position to facilitate training requirements.
This role encompasses a vast array of duties and responsibilities which include, but not restricted to the following, assessment of the relevant training needs for all training instructors, monitor for effective delivery and ensure instructors are performing to the required standard. Implement the use of performance measurement in conjunction with the appraisal process and to identifying future development requirements to perform and facilitate the continual evolution of training materials and specifically in conjunction with the product lines. Produce in conjunction with the management team a strategy which will facilitate the continual upgrade of the training. Plan and deliver training where applicable and manage any external third parties to facilitate the training requirements Recruit resources to ensure adequate personnel are in position, inclusive of succession and development planning, ensuring we meet the growth projections of the organisation. Ensure personal development matches current and future requirements. Identify areas for improvement and continually evaluate ensuring performance is at the optimum level.
It is essential that candidates have IWCF Drilling Accreditation at Combined Supervisor Level and /or be an IWCF Accredited Assessor
Ideally candidate will have C & G 7331 Trainer Techniques and / or be Degree educated in a industry related field
IWCF Well Intervention Certified at Level 2 (all disciplines) however what is essential is a practical & technical knowledge of Oil & Gas Well Operating Practices.
Candidates should have good communications skills, the ability to motivate team members and the ability to handle and resolve personnel planning problems.
