The Implementation Manager will be responsible to ensure new accounts are executed correctly and in the timely and accuracy commanded by the customer.
Key responsibilities will be to ensure correct documentation is in place, key personnel are engaged in the execution and develop timelines for implementation.
Key skills will need to include; excellent written and oral communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e word/excel), customer facing and excellent presentation skills and most importantly the ability to logically map business processes in Visio.
Previous experience in Transport and Logistics is necessary, and the ability to think and present logically is essential. You will be a business or logistics post graduate. Travelling will be required.
The Implementation team is a new division created to support new accounts brought into the company by Sales and, once implemented, transition the responsibility of managing the account to Account Management and Operational Teams. The implementation co-ordinator is to understand the requirements based on the RFQ and ensure those requirements are met using various support such as IT, Product Specialists and other team members. As such you must be able to demonstrate clear project management skills to ensure a structured implementation is followed.
