Successful printing company in Yorkshire seek ambitious Managing Director to become 50% partner with FD, to own and move the business forward. Right candidate will be required to raise/provide capital for buyout and then take over day to day running of business etc. Company has a £2-3 million turnover, good healthy profit ratio - solid business which needs someone with printing background to expand and develop it. Current owners selling up for personal reasons.
