As part of our dynamic Leadership Manager and Business Development Manager Team you will be in Recruiting, Coaching, Training, Business planning/development and Support.
Being your own boss with the full backing from the company you will have all the support you need for your success, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. This is a very secure self-employed position with a package that allows your income to increase and develop in line with the growth of the company and the company is expecting a five fold growth over the next five years (we are already 35% up on last years turnover at this point). As a Leadership/Development Manager you can expect your income to exceed six figures within the first 12 months with a package that is designed so that your income becomes residual income, in other words it becomes a six figure pension for life!
