The marketing strategy requires a rapid roll out of our proven franchised sales and consultant channel on an international scale starting with Australia/NZ, USA, Canada and Germany.
To take advantage of this immense opportunity for international growth the company seeks an exceptional entrepreneurial business developer to implement its international channel development strategy. The role will be challenging, exciting and rewarding with a directorship and equity options for a successful individual. The position will appeal to a highly ambitious, energetic and intellectually capable candidate looking for an opportunity to create wealth for him or herself over the next few years.
Role : The ideal candidate will:
* Identify, recruit and manage master licensees in the USA, Canada, Australia and other territories
* Manage the existing UK and German channels for rapid growth
* Ensure the channel achieves its targets for franchise recruitment and product licensing (community membership subscriptions)
* Develop and implement international reporting and monitoring processes and update the UK board on a monthly basis on channel progress
* Make regular trips to each territory in support of these objectives
* Participate as a member of a young and brilliant team of leading edge product development experts
Your Credentials: The ideal candidate will have graduated in the last 15 years (plus or minus 5 years), have a successful track record and be looking for a wealth creation opportunity. He or she will have relevant experience, be exceptionally talented with the ability to operate at the highest level. The company is looking for the very best, an individual who will share our vision and be committed to the success of our project. In addition to channel development experience the successful candidate will possess the following credentials:
* the confidence to execute a major international channel development plan
* the energy, vitality and total commitment to achieve outstanding success for themselves and the company
* be a first class “people person” with the ability to influence, motivate, manage and monitor an international channel of high calibre managers
* be a first rate communicator and presenter
* have demonstrable business maturity and intellect and “naturally” gain respect as a leader
* be an "informed" analytical decision maker with the capability to manage sometimes detailed and complex legal agreement processes
* be a team player but with the ability to operate independently when required
* have demonstrable previous success. Possesses no desire to achieve success through playing politics or building empires and not expect fat cat guarantees!
