One of the UK’s leading mortgage packaging and branded lending businesses has an impressive track record of growth and development over the last 10 years and is now recognised as a leading edge innovator in the highly competitive sub-prime market. They have built their model on the provision of customer focused products, administration and service delivery and are constantly upgrading operating practices across the business in order to reflect prevailing commercial/regulatory demands and maintain their market position.
The founder Directors of the business now wish to hire a proven financial services professional to take overall responsibility for shaping the business into an even more attractive acquisition prospect. Specifically the Managing Director will provide added drive and impetus behind a 3-5 year plan for the growth of its existing markets and products as well as developing their proven business model into as yet untapped revenue streams.
The successful Candidate will be an experienced financial services senior professional, mortgage experience not essential, with proven success in a P&L management role. They will be first class man mangers and communicators with a strong presence and ability to influence and inspire those around them. Ambitious, creative, vibrant, driven individuals will expect to benefit directly from the added value they will create in this highly challenging and rewarding environment.
