MANUFACTURING MANAGER
c.£40,000 + Bonus + Benefits NORTH WEST

Leading a professional and experienced team, this role will have responsibility for developing and implementing the site manufacturing strategy in pursuit of world class standards. Key challenges will involve working with stakeholders, internally and externally, to drive productivity improvements, material control and process change across the operation, ensuring the delivery of customer requirements with optimal efficiency. Candidates, ideally degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing related discipline, will have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing management experience gained in a similar high quality batch manufacture electronic assembly and test environment. A proven track record of continuous improvement achieved through others is a prerequisite and a thorough understanding of lean manufacturing, including six sigma methodologies, is essential for this role.
