Job Summary:
Working within a fast moving manufacturing and engineering environment, the objective of the role is to manage, support and develop the sales office systems and processes to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction levels
Main Tasks & Duties
- Management and development of the Sales Office including responsibilities for sales office personnel
- Management and development of the contact management database
- Data capture and production of sales data including forecasts
- Management of all documentation throughout the sales cycle including enquiries, quotations, proposals and sales orders
- Improvement and implementation of systems
- Production of sales figures including revenue, profit margins etc.
- Production of sales data giving breakdown on market sectors, new and existing business etc.
- Input of data on SAGE
- All administration associated with good sales office management
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Managerial experience
- Very strong systems background
- Strong IT skills particularly in spreadsheets
- Sales office experience
- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
