JOB TITLE: Operations Director (Exec)
REPORTING TO: Managing Director
PROPOSED SALARY:TBA, Subject to experience, Industry Rates Plus Car & Benefits.
OVERVIEW:-
Our client is the leading UK system integrator for solutions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, which are already revolutionizing many areas of business where bar codes have previously dominated. Part of the £1.2 billion LINPAC Group, our client Ltd has already secured the worlds largest contract for the roll-out of RFID technology in the retail supply chain.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
* Responsibility for the fulfilment of all Commercial Contracts.
* Implementing the Operations division annual operational plan to include generation of sales.
* To maximise the profitable operational performance of the divisions resources, to always include development of the best practice procedures
* Represent the company with key clients as the Divisional Executive responsible for the company’s operational performance.
* Be a key member of the executive management team of the company.
* Control overheads within agreed budgets, manage personnel terms and conditions in the line with agreed parameters and encourage personne3l development and departmental management.
* Work with the Managing Director to agree strategy and operational development of the company.
* Fulfilment of contracted maintenance business
* Responsible for advertising and implementing company inside data communication, security, archiving, networks, servers, CRM and call login systems.

* Planning and Resource Management
