This exclusive 5* property with a 3 AA rosetted gourmet restaurant and spa requires a deputy general manager to oversee the running of all facilities. This hotel also has state of the art meeting facilities and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Acting as the number 2 to the general manager, this is a food and beverage orientated, hands on position. You will oversee the venue in the absence of the GM. High levels of responsibility are required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of smaller 4* deluxe, or 5* hotels, and will be a charismatic individual with excellent customer relation building skills.
You will be overseeing a team of over 30 staff, therefore previous people management skills are required.
