Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Berkshire requires an experienced Hotel Manager. You must have previous General Manager experience within a smaller property or Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager in a large property. You will be managing the entire operation, reporting into the Area General Manager. A 4 star background is essential.
