Our Client is a US based software company with offices throughout the world provide industry renowned CRM software to clients as prestigious as British Airways, Cisco Systems and British Telecom. Due to their phenomenal success they require a Professional Services Director for their UK operations based in Slough, Berkshire.
The Professional Services Director will lead a dynamic and growing European Professional Services Team, delivering world-class results in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and profitability.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Develops a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering projects and ensuring client satisfaction with our client's solution.
Exceeds assigned bookings, recognized revenue and margin objectives
Exceeds customer quarterly go-live target
Engages with the European sales organization to ensure we're properly positioning and selling our implementation, education and development offerings
Escalation point for resolving client implementation issues
Assists in developing new service business through active participation in key prospect/client opportunities
Works with Principals and Project Managers to ensure projects are meeting the standards set forth in our client's implementation methodology
Works with the VP of Professional Services and other members of the management team on strategic initiatives that impact the direction and ultimate success of the group
Knowledge Base:
3+ years experience successfully growing and managing a $20million consulting service organization
Demonstrated success in selling software solutions
CRM experience with software solutions provider or systems integration firm
Skill Set:
Ability to balance client demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives
Proven lead with ability to motivate and manage team
Willing to roll up one's sleeves' and assist team wherever needed
Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way services are sold and delivered
Excellent communication, sales and presentation skills
Ability to travel from 25% - 50% of one's time
