My client is an international leader in the Healthcare industry and they are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Manager/Director. To be successful in this role you will need to be degree educated with a science/technical discipline and have at least 10 years within product development, project management and resource management. Proven experience in the development/influencing of strategic business requirements into organised and deliverable activity will be essential, with a high level of negotiating and influencing skills at a senior/board level. Ideally you will have come from a mechanical background with some knowledge of electro-mechanical products.
