My client is recognised as one the world leaders in infrastructure, capital equipment management & hire, commercial finance and healthcare. This firm's philosophy is to produce both high quality products and service transparency to clients at all times and to maintain the highest possible ethical standards.
The capital equipment division are currently undergoing expansion in the UK and require a number of highly competent sales performers with strong demonstrable backgrounds and steady track records. Candidates coming from the same sector or product offering is NOT essential (at all) however must be able to offer a strong case in terms of transferable skills and desire to succeed. The current requirement is for a Regional Sales Manager with a geographic responsibility for the South East and Home Counties. Living anywhere in the region (within 40 miles of the M25 in any direction) you will be able to clearly demonstrate recent man management experience managing AT LEAST 8-10 field sales staff and ideally 1-2 supervisors. You should be able to demonstrate good use of KPI's and other innovative ways of motivating sales personnel to achieve optimum results. Any experience of working in large matrixed organisations in the UK with a strong professional sales approach in a lease or hire orientated business is also of great interest. Any understanding of the capital equipment market, any large and well-established product hire business (involving asset management) would be an added bonus BUT IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. High flyers with a clear career path in mind, seeking to earn excellent levels of remuneration for a multi-national blue chip firm and with natural, motivational and firm man management skills are highly preferable.
Base salary on offer is circa £40-45k+ plus £10-15k bonus + good car + pension + healthcare etc.
