Essential traits for the industry whether it be at a managerial or more junior level include a sixth sense to up-sell and close opportunities, a desire to sell on a face-to-face basis, a high level of confidence, a keen eye for detail, immaculate presentation and a tenacious attitude in the face of rejection.
