Wedding co-ordinator required for our luxury 4 Star, 204 Rooms, 1 AA rosette rest, 26 conference rooms for up to 200 delegates, surrounded by 200 acres of mature parkland with its own 18-hole golf course, this imposing mansion is less than 20 minutes from central London. The hotel's impressive range of conference rooms, along with the spectacular countryside views , make this a popular venue for all corporate and leisure functions.
We are looking for an experienced Wedding co-ordinator to efficiently coordinate wedding events within our establishment. We possess large and luxurious facilities that attract a great number of clientele therefore you must have the confidence to not only work under pressure but also to deal with a high volume work load from day to day. You will be required to perform show rounds for potential clients, take note of the specifics for their special event, creating a fitting wedding package and make sure the whole event runs smoothly whilst meeting and exceeding the clients requirements.
Possessing a minimum of 12 months experience as wedding or banqueting co-ordinator in a similar establishment, you will be a bright, enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing relationships on a face to face level and an impeccable eye for detail as you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for maintaining our prestigious reputation.
